My name is Joanna Kowalewski and I am your Service Representative for Financial Strategies, Inc. I have been with FSI since July of 2009. I handle all of the service and administrative needs for the agency and you, our valued customer.

I recently graduated from Kansas City Kansas Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration; and bring two years of prior financial services customer service experience to our agency. I am a skilled people-person with your needs in mind. I will assist you in an efficient, courteous and professional manner when you need service.

I live in the community of Lansing, KS. When I am not working for you, I enjoy spending my free time with my family, two rescued cats, one rescued dog and riding and competing my horse.
